Karen France identifies, creates and delivers programs, products, and services that positively impact brokerage profitability.
Prior to joining REBR, Karen served 17 years as the Director of Governmental Relations for the Kansas Association of REALTORS�. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Washburn University in Topeka, KS, and has been a member of the Kansas Bar since 1984.
During her tenure with the Association, Karen served as a consumer liaison, fielding questions and facilitating communication between consumers and real estate licensees, while also acting as a legal hotline resource for REALTOR� members. This experience gave her a deep knowledge of the real estate industry, while allowing her to experience first-hand the needs and expectations of real estate consumers.
Karen also served as lobbyist for the Association on legislative matters, monitored regulatory issues with the Kansas Real Estate Commission, and coordinated RPAC fund-raising efforts that were consistently honored for their effectiveness. Karen also provided guidance and leadership in the areas of risk management, brokerage policies, contracts and forms, as well as strategic and business planning. She has been a speaker at a number of brokerage seminars and at national RESPRO and NAR meetings.
